Ceilidhs

Ceilidhs – also known as barn dances, country dances, community folk dances and “hoedowns” – are great for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, other special occasions, charity events, reunions, corporate events, Thursdays, exorcisms or just for the heck of it. Essentially you have no excuse not to start organising a ceilidh RIGHT NOW!

No previous experience is needed – our affable caller will talk everybody through the dances beforehand, assist and encourage you during, and congratulate you all afterwards.

Blackbeard’s Tea Party – Ceilidh Band at York Wedding

Please note, we can’t always guarantee the full Blackbeard’s Tea Party line-up, and use deputy musicians where necessary. As a result, we may not always be able to play our concert material. We will discuss this with you during the booking process.
